An article for my Basic Media Writing class. The assignment was to find and write a news story based on anything that happened or was happening in my neighbourhood. It was my first try at journalism, which was very eye-opening in may ways.
I have censored out some information, such as names and the address of the incident, as this was a school assignment after all, and it is not in my place to reveal such private information.
